Return Policy

Our Return Policy ensures that you can return most products, for a full refund within 30 days of purchase for any reason. Items must be returned in new, unused and in resalable condition and in its original packaging. All returns are subject to approval beforehand.

Damaged Items

If your shipment is damaged during shipping, a claim must be made within 5 days of receipt. Please open your package and inspect upon receipt. If a package arrives damaged please save all packing materials and contact us immediately (e-mail [email protected] or call 1-888-433-3149).

Before returning your item, please e-mail us [email protected] or call us at 1-888-433-3149.  Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without approval or instruction.

Please note the following:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • 20% restocking fee for those returned after 30 days
  • All returns must be in new condition.
  • Items returned back to Link Manufacturing, Automann, Valley Chrome, Ridewell, Reyco Granning, Dayton Parts are subject to a 20% restocking fee.   Items returned back to Watson & Chalin are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  • U-bolts are non-returnable unless sold in a kit (361-XXX)
